Connect Google Search Console
Linking Google Search Console (GSC) unlocks real performance data inside SEO Analyzer.
What you get
- Clicks and impressions per crawled URL
- CTR to prioritise pages with high impressions but low clicks
- Index status hints on audit pages
- Analytics views under Search Console in the user menu
Setup steps
1. Go to Analysis → Search Console (or Settings if OAuth is configured there).
2. Click Connect Google account.
3. Authorise read access to your Search Console properties.
4. Select the property (domain or URL prefix) that matches your site.
Using GSC data
On crawled pages
Open Website Audit → Crawled Pages. Enable the traffic column to sort by clicks — fix high-impression pages first.
In analytics
The Search Console dashboard summarises query performance, top pages, and trends over your selected date range.
Privacy and permissions
We request read-only access to Search Console data. You can disconnect at any time from the same settings page.
Troubleshooting
- Property not listed — verify the Google account owns the property in GSC.
- Data delay — GSC typically lags 2–3 days; this is normal on Google's side.
- www vs non-www — match the property type to how your site is verified in GSC.
