Billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance. If you exhaust them, buy a Pay-as-you-go top-up pack (see the Pay-as-you-go option on this page for the current price). Credits purchased separately never expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every account includes 1 free report — no card needed. If you'd like to evaluate a paid plan, email us and we'll arrange a trial.
Do annual plans auto-renew?
Yes. Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal so you can cancel if needed.
How is VAT handled?
Prices shown are excl. VAT. At checkout we collect your billing address and, for businesses, an optional VAT ID. EU consumers are charged their local VAT rate; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged (0% VAT, and you self-account for it). Your invoice shows the applicable VAT treatment.
Does the Agency plan have any limits?
Agency includes up to 2,000 reports per month (a fair-use cap, not a hard wall you'll typically bump into) and up to 10 competitors per report, the same per-report competitor limit as Pro. If you consistently need more than 2,000 reports/month, contact us for custom/enterprise pricing.
