Billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance. If you exhaust them, buy a Pay-as-you-go top-up pack (€4 for 5 credits). Credits purchased separately never expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every account includes 1 free report — no card needed. If you'd like to evaluate a paid plan, email us and we'll arrange a trial.
Do annual plans auto-renew?
Yes. Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal so you can cancel if needed.
