It still needs the operator's finalized business/registration details filled in and a legal review before this is relied on as a binding agreement.

This service is operated from Luxembourg by an individual, trading as ITTechLux. It is not currently a registered company — a company previously registered under this name was closed, and the operator's current understanding is that a private individual earning below a certain annual threshold in Luxembourg does not need to register a company or declare that income. That understanding has not been independently confirmed and should be verified against current rules (e.g. via Guichet.lu or a Luxembourg accountant) before being relied on. Whether the "ITTechLux" name can still be used after the company that originally registered it was closed is also not yet confirmed. This page will be updated once both are resolved, and must not be relied on as a complete or accurate Impressum until then.
