How to Run Your First SEO Report

The SEO Analyze tool is the fastest way to get a complete picture of how a page performs and what to fix first.

Before you start

You need:

  • The exact URL of the page (include https://)
  • At least one target keyword — be specific (e.g. "best crm for startups" not just "crm")
  • One report credit (free accounts start with 1)

Step-by-step

1. Open SEO Analyze

From the dashboard, go to Analysis → SEO Analyze.

2. Enter your URL and keywords

  • URL — the page you want to rank. Use the canonical version (with or without www, matching what Google indexes).
  • Keywords — add up to several terms, comma-separated. These drive competitor discovery and semantic analysis.

3. Optional: pin competitor URLs

By default we find SERP competitors automatically. You can pin specific competitor URLs if you already know who you want to benchmark against.

4. Start the analysis

Click Run analysis. You'll see job progress on screen. You can leave the page — the job continues in the background.

5. Review the report

When complete, open the report from Dashboard or History.

Key sections:

1. Technical audit — fix blocking issues first (missing title, broken canonical, slow LCP).

2. Core Web Vitals — page speed metrics where available.

3. Competitor gaps — keywords and topics competitors use that you lack.

4. Semantic insights — intent, entities, and FAQ ideas from top-ranking content.

5. Action plan — ordered list of tasks with estimated impact.

6. Export and share

  • PDF — client-ready report (white-label on Pro/Agency plans).
  • CSV — spreadsheet action plan for project management tools.
  • Share link — read-only link for stakeholders.

Tips for better results

  • Use keywords that match real search queries, not internal product names.
  • Run separate reports for different page types (homepage vs blog vs product page).
  • Re-run after major site changes to measure improvement.
